I helped my father coach my former High School Golf Team from 2012 to 2016. Doing this really helped me to find my passion for teaching others the game of golf.
In 2014, I began my Golf Career as an assistant Golf Professional at Conestoga Golf Club in Mesquite, Nevada. I taught there until 2017 when I went to Mesquite Gaming as a Sales Manager in their group sales department.
I knew I wanted to work in golf and made it a goal to be able to teach golfers of all skill levels once again. In 2020, I received a wonderful opportunity to become the Head Golf Professional at Coyote Willows Golf Course in Mesquite, Nevada.
Joining Coyote Willows Golf Course, I received my certification through the USGTF in 2020. Since coming here, I have been able to work with golfers of all skill levels and have been enjoying it since day one. My Favorite thing about teaching is helping students find that “light bulb” moment when everything comes together, and they can see the goal we have been working towards.
My wife Jacque and I have two Children a son Zane, who is 5 years old, and a daughter Myla, who is 3 years old. Zane has had an immediate love for the game since he could walk and loves going out and playing golf with dad, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for him. Myla loves going for drives with Dad in the golf car.

I was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming, and have been playing golf since I could walk. After a lifetime in my hometown, I’ll be heading to Mesquite, Nevada, this winter to continue my journey in the game I love.
Currently, I am an Assistant Golf Professional at Paradise Valley Country Club and will also be the Assistant Golf Professional at Coyote Willows Golf Club. For the past two years, I have been dedicated to sharing my passion for golf by teaching lessons and running a successful and growing junior golf program with over 70 participants.
I am progressing through the PGA PGM Program and am PGA H.O.P.E. certified, giving me the resources to work with students of all ages and skill levels. From first-time golfers to highly experienced players, my goal is to create a personalized learning experience for every student. Whether your goal is to pick up the game, fine-tune on a few aspects to help in leagues with your friends, or compete at a high level, I am here to help you reach your goals and enjoy every step of the journey.
